Refund Policy
These terms apply to Atomtrix accounts, ecommerce tools, business plans and conversion audit services.
1. Accounts
Each person must use their own email login. Free accounts unlock Free tools. Account access may not be shared, resold, scraped or automated at scale.
2. Business workspaces and seats
Standard and Advanced are business products. The workspace owner must provide accurate company, registration, address and applicable VAT or tax information. Each paid seat permits one active member account; billing belongs to the company workspace.
3. Standard
Standard is a one-time, per-seat purchase providing permanent access to the Standard product for as long as it continues to operate. It includes current and future non-AI Standard decision tools. It does not include Advanced, connected data, AI functionality or Atomtrix Commerce.
4. Advanced
Advanced is billed monthly or annually per seat and may include connected store data and higher-cost functionality. It includes Standard access while active. If Advanced ends, a workspace that separately owns Standard retains Standard; otherwise members return to Free. Standard owners receive one free monthly billing period when first subscribing to the monthly Advanced plan.
5. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Prices and taxes are displayed at checkout. Advanced renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe processes payments and billing management.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
Business purchases are normally non-refundable after digital access is supplied. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, checkout consent requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges any resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right. Nothing excludes remedies for access that is faulty, unavailable or materially not as described.
7. Conversion Audit
The scope and start date are confirmed by email. For services started during a consumer withdrawal period at the customer’s request, a proportionate amount may be due for work already performed.
8. Use and liability
Tools are planning aids, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and cannot guarantee commercial outcomes. Atomtrix retains all intellectual property rights in its tools and materials.
9. Privacy and law
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Notice. Swedish law applies without removing mandatory protections in the customer’s country. Contact denise@atomtrix.com with complaints or access problems.
