Notice
This notice explains the personal data used when you create an Atomtrix account, join a company workspace, purchase a plan or use the website.
Data we use
We may use your name, email, account level, company workspace, member role, registered address, registration and tax identifiers, invitations, purchase status and Stripe references. Stripe handles card details; Atomtrix does not store them.
Why we use it
- To create accounts and provide Free-tool access.
- To manage business workspaces, seats, invitations and paid permissions.
- To verify company and tax details, deliver purchases, accounting and support.
- To understand website use when you consent to analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the service.
Legal bases
Data is processed to take steps at your request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and support. Consent is used for Google Analytics and wherever else required.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary storage is used for security, access and remembering your privacy choice. Google Analytics uses consent-denied defaults and may send cookieless measurement signals before you choose. Analytics cookies, and identifiable visit measurement, are used only if you accept analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Providers and transfers
Stripe processes checkout data under its own privacy terms. Google Analytics uses Google Consent Mode. Before an analytics choice, it receives only consent-related, cookieless measurement signals; analytics cookies are used only after consent. Hosting and email providers may process limited operational data. Providers outside the EU/EEA may use legally recognised transfer safeguards.
Retention
Purchase and accounting records are kept as required by Swedish law. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, disputes and legitimate business records. Analytics retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
